day 11: Happy Mother’s Day!

I hope you all have had a wonderful Mother’s Day. So far, my day has been full of generous gifts from my hubby and children, a delicious breakfast, and LOTS of snuggles on the sofa. The only bad part is that the sky is gray and it’s raining now. Well that, and J starts two weeks of a rough schedule tonight working in the ICU with super sick patients.
Happy Mother’s Day to you! Can you believe we’re moms? How wonderful? It doesn’t seem that long ago when we spent every night walking up and down the street, enjoying a bit of basketball should the opportunity arise…
Sounds like a great day! My girls made a bunch of cards throughout the week and gave them to me. This morning, I got some re-gifted items from their room - too cute. It has been raining here for 3 or 4 days now… so ready to see the sun again!!! Miss you all…
